I've just started a sequel to RoI on ffnet. Please give me feedback! I know I have other stories to finish, but I just have hit a brick wall on those and couldn't resist this one.
Have you ever wondered what the chracters looked like? I was thinking of making an Una Meredith fanlisting, and was looking for pictures to use because Una is so rarely featured on book covers. And I came across this one which, to me, is exactly Una in RoI:
What do the different chacters look like for you? Is there an actress you think of when you think of Rilla? Do you go by the book covers for Emily or Anne? It helps when I can really visualize the characters, so any pics you wanted to pass along would be appreciated.

For Anne, I usuallly think of a mix between Megan Follows and the book covers. I don't care for Anne 3 at all, but that's still my ideal Anne, so far.
For other characters, I know that Gilbert is supposed to have brown hair in the books, but Johnathon Crombie had more black, so
I picture him sort of as both Gilbert and Walter. Also, my mind kind of just wanders.
I do like to visualize though. I pore over house-plans to get descriptions for houses and such, and I DO wonder what characters should look like. I'll have to look a little harder.
That's an interesting picture of what Una would look like. However, photoshop would give her blue eyes.
