Has anyone else been having problems with fanfiction.net the last couple of days? It won't let me upload any documents, keeps telling me there's an error with converting the file. I thought at first that maybe it was having a problem with the Word app on my Mac, so I emailed a copy of the doc to Carl's PC, and tried it from there, and it still wouldn't take it. Then I tried uploading some older files, ones it has actually accepted in the past, and it still won't take anything. So now I'm intensely irritated, because Meg's story is all done and yet I can't post any more chapters!
It sounds like it's just acting as screwed up as always. I remember when I was writing Once of Ingleside and Comfort and Joy it was always having problems. My gosh, have we been doing this for that long? I miss my days of almost unending free time, sort of.
There is a way to get around this! If you go into document manager and click EDIT on a document you've already posted, you can paste the new chapter into that. I hope that makes sense!

ironically enough, i decided to give it one more try before using connie's suggestion, and now it's working. you can bet i i didn't have a backup plan it would still be off!
