...is up at the blog! Please let me know what you think of the first chapter!

I've been reading a lot of epistolary novels lately, and I thought I might try that with this one. It's a lot of fun trying to develop a lot of different voices, but I'm not sure I'm doing it super-successfully yet. We'll see!

I thought, at one point in my life, that an epistolary novel would be easier to write than a regular one. HAHA. Then I started writing one, and now I want to throw the computer across the room every time I think of adding another chapter to it.

So I'll be curious to see how you feel about this one after a while, if you continue to enjoy it, or if you decide to pull an LMM with Windy Poplars and do half epistolary, and half third-person narrative.

I like it! It like it a lot! I do wonder if you're going to do the entire thing epistolary, though. I have to admit that that turned me off of Anne of Windy Poplars for the longest time. I appreciate it more now, but I do imagine that it would be difficult to write.

Louise, as I tried to write Chap 2 today, I quickly decided that BBNature would be an Anne of Windy Poplars type, with both devices used. This is hard!!

Adrienne, I used to HATE AoWP for the longest time because of that! I refused to read it until I had read the other books. Then, when I finally read it, I loved it! Just goes to show. :)
