Am I crazy to be a little offended that someone took the title of one of my stories for their own? I can understand if it was a more typical title, but mine was different, meaning my story "Wind, Sand, and Stars."

You're not crazy. I knew I recognized the title. There should be some sort of regulation against using someone else's title.
I hadn't noticed it, but I haven't been around much lately. However, in your case, I would most assuredly be offended. I don't blame you in the slightest
